Lumi Nova Online Group
Join our Lumi Nova Online Group, a fun and supportive group for children and young people who play the Lumi Nova gaming app. This group is a safe space to share your experiences, talk about worries, anxieties, and fears, and discover that you’re not alone – others feel the same way too! Our sessions combine discussion, creative activities and practical coping strategies to help you build confidence, overcome challenges both in the game and real world, and develop resilience in a fun and engaging way.
Whether you’re tackling small worries or big fears, we’re here to support you on your journey. Ready to face your fears together?
Group times
The group will start on Monday 14th of April 2025 at 5pm.

It will run on a weekly basis, for a duration of 4 weeks. This group is provided on a rolling basis with new dates available every 4 weeks.
How to access this group
To join this group, we need a referral. A parent, teacher, or professional can also do this for you.
You can take part in these groups while using other support from us, or you can join them on their own.
If you want to attend, please email us at withyouth@hertfordshiremind.org. A team member will contact you to talk about it. You can also tell your one-to-one worker. After this, we will send you a link and joining instructions.
