Looking Ahead Workshop

We understand that that moving on from Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) can be unsettling and the period of change can cause lots of worries for you.

In June 2024, Hertfordshire’s CYPMHS conducted a short survey asking young people what would help them to prepare for these changes and make the transition easier.

From the 130+ responses we received; we have put together a “Looking Ahead” workshop for 16-18 year olds at the Herts Haven Cafe. It will include information about free adult support available, ways to look after yourself and how to ask for help.

Dates for the sessions are:

Wednesday 13^th November 5-7pm in Stevenage

Monday 11^th November in Watford

Thursday 14^th November in Hemel Hempstead
