Ceri Roderick-Roast

Children & Young People Senior Lead

Hey, I’m Ceri and I’m a Senior Lead in our CYP team. I have worked in the voluntary sector for over 20 years supporting vulnerable children and young people with their mental health, and in my previous role, those who found themselves homeless or sofa surfing, with drug and alcohol problems.

I have always wanted to help others since I was a child. In the early part of my career, I spent many years working within SEND and am passionate about advocacy and supporting others to be seen and heard.

I am currently studying towards a B.sc. Hons in Psychology and Criminology via distance learning and love to watch and read anything that involves True crime! I am a mother to two boys, who are full of energy and keep me busy when I am not working or studying!
