Group Counselling
We offer group counselling both online and in person. Some groups are open, meaning young people can join and leave at different times, while others are closed, running for a set number of weeks with everyone starting and finishing together.
Some groups focus on talking and sharing, while others have a more structured approach. The best group for each young person will be discussed during the assessment meeting.
Our groups are organised by age, so you will be with people close to your own age. Each group has no more than 8 young people in it, making sure everyone has enough time to speak and take part. Sessions happen on the same day and time each week.
Group counselling follows the same confidentiality rules as one-to-one counselling. Everyone in the group must also agree to keep what is shared private, so people can speak freely.
