GCSEs Wellbeing Hub Online Group

Join our GCSEs Wellbeing Hub Online Group, a friendly and encouraging group designed to help young people manage exam stress, stay motivated, and feel more prepared during GCSE season. Our sessions provide a safe space to talk about worries, share experiences, and discover practical ways to stay calm and focused. Through mindfulness techniques, goal-setting, coping strategies, and stress-busting activities, you’ll learn how to balance revision with breaks, build resilience, and approach your exams with confidence. This is your chance to connect with others, get support, and remind yourself that your GCSEs don’t define you—you’ve got this!

The group will start on Monday 31st of March 2025 at 8pm.
