Comments, compliments & complaints

We always value feedback from people accessing our services as this helps us to plan and improve the services we provide. We recognise that sometimes things do go wrong and there is always room for us to improve our services. We want to learn from comments, compliments and complaints about our services.

Anyone who uses our services can make a complaint/compliment about that service. We see these as a means of helping us improve our services and monitor all feedback to help us make changes and to ensure services are running to the highest standards.

If you would like some help to make a complaint, or you would like someone to make a complaint for you, like a family member, friend or advocate, please let us know and we will help you to get the support you need.
